By placing an order with La Rivincita 2 you are agreeing with the following Terms & Conditions:

 

 

 

1. All prices listed on web site are Australian Dollars and represent individual prices.

 

2. All prices do not include GST, this will be added to final cost of goods at a rate of 10%.

 

3. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

4. All items from our product list collection are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

5. Any deposits made are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

6. All products remain the property of La Rivincita 2 until paid in full.

 

7. Goods will not be despatched until full payment, including all freight costs are received by La Rivincita 2.

 

8. All hand made items may be subject to slight variations in colour and texture.

 

9. Your order “start date” will commence upon full receipt of your payment, please allow 21 days.

 

10. Delivery will be organised by La Rivincita 2 and will be quoted to you for your acceptance prior to despatch.

 

11. La Rivincita 2 is NOT RESPONSIBLE or LIABLE for any damages to goods during transit.

 

12. Payments can be made via Direct Deposit, PAYPAL, Money Order or Cheque.  Please note that your order “start Date” will commence after your cheque has been cleared by the Nominated Financial Institution.
